Also known as Wellness Checks.  We represent the insurance company and provide both direct and indirect activity checks. 

 

During a direct activity check, aka disability check, the claimant is contacted and a meeting scheduled.  The claimant's current health status is discussed and his/her physical activities and daily routine are documented; as well as any other pertinent information specifically requested by the client.  A still photograph of the claimant will be taken.

 

During an indirect activity check, the investigator performs a neighborhood investigation by of discreetly canvassing the neighborhood to determine the claimant's current routine and activities, his/her current health status and whether or not surveillance on the claimant may be feasible.

 

A comprehensive report is provided detailing our observations along with any supporting materials.
